Try these to increase your rating on the badass scale

Here are some really impressive exercises that will probably take some practice, but are really fun to try. Leave us some comments and let us know how you do!

This is almost impossible to do with good form, and we couldn’t find a video for it. So the next time you see a movie and the main character is hanging from a helicopter with one arm and pulls himself up like it’s nothing, trust us, it’s not as easy as stuntmen make it look AITank
